Eric has been one of the most pleasant people I have ever worked with. So nice to know that in this era of
dwindling customer service, that Eric appreciates his clients and goes the extra mile for them. He was always
available to answer questions (even talked to him once when he was grocery shopping). Eric has that rare
quality of being knowledgeable, available, never too busy to visit with folks with questions, and just being a
really nice human being. When the townhouse sale closed, it was Eric who informed me. I am sure he did
more on our behalf than what I am aware of. He is truly an asset to your organization. I feel that one of the
worst things about doing business with new folks is when you are ignored or the feeling that once the
business has your money, you are no longer important. Eric provided me with more than documents to sign,

Very available for showings, open houses, and any question that comes up! Good negotiator and works hard for his clients. Very ethical and respectful. My mother moved into senior townhomes after living in the same house for 43 years. She had never sold a house and only purchased one before senior living. He was excellent with my mother and her 4 children , 2 of which live out of state. He was always available to answer questions and lend guidance. Eric worked really hard for us. He had great tips and advice on things we could do to stage our home so it would present well. I was especially impressed when he was taking pictures of our house, he was as picky as we were with getting a good picture of each room. He never made us feel rushed or like we were second priority to something else. He did a lot of advertising and planned three open houses – though only one was needed. He kept us in the loop with everything and was available anytime for our questions or concerns.
