Hyatt Place Omaha Downtown Old Market

540 S 12th St, Omaha Nebraska  68102

The Hyatt Place hotel is a newer hotel in the Old Market area of Omaha and has many modern features. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable (this is a hotel I have personally stayed in). The location of the hotel is ideal for concerts and enjoying the Old Market bars and restaurants. There is easily available parking and really no reason to use your car once you arrive as most everything is nearby. They of course offer shuttle service to and from the airport and other nearby attractions.

Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District

222 N 10th St, Omaha, Nebraska 68102

Very friendly staff, clean and quiet room. The rooms are practically brand new, the bar in the lobby is also very nice, plenty of seating there and outside in the sitting area. So Overall location: Great hotel close to Arena, Old Market, and the Zoo with easy access to the highway. You can walk to the Old Market area for dinner every night (about 1/2 mile) but they also have a courtesy shuttle if you prefer. The zoo is a 5 minute drive. Pedestrian Bridge is walking distance too. Great spot. Amenities: Hotel is very clean and modern. Having an outdoor pool in downtown was cool and the kids gonna loved it. No wimpy hairdryers here! They provide Babyliss hairdryers in the rooms so no need to bring yours from home! Food: Hotel restaurant is good but pricey- you can have the breakfast buffet, which would only make $ sense if you make a couple trips. Typical Hotel prices should be expected. There is a Starbucks in the building so you can just go there for a quick breakfast any day. There are many options just a short walk away if you make time in your schedule. Staff: Everyone you encounter will be very helpful and friendly. you will find more Hotels in Omaha Nebraska below.

It is a beautiful building perfectly situated in the Old Market area of Omaha. The staff is wonderful!. The rooms are pretty clean. The breakfast is fantastic with made to order eggs, pancakes and bacon and they also have a nightly happy hour that includes free drinks and snacks. The only real setback is that the property is dated. This is a great hotel at an ideal location across the street from the Old Market. Other than that, they offer everything you are looking for and topped it off with great service. you will find more Hotels in Omaha Nebraska below.
