The average sale price for homes in the Seward County Nebraska area region MLS (Multiple Listing Service) during May 2021 was $242,600; this up slightly from the May 2020 average of $233,197. The average days on market in May 2021 was 14 days compared to May 2020 which was 39 days. Sellers in Seward County received 101.5% of their asking price for the home sold.
