The average sale price for homes in the Cass County Nebraska area region  MLS (Multiple Listing Service) during March 2021 was $241,841; this is up from the March 2020  average of $220,855. The average days on market in March 2021 was 21 days compared to March 2020 which was 33 days. Sellers in Cass County received 98.9% of their asking price for the home sold.
