The average sale price for homes in the Cass County Nebraska area region  MLS (Multiple Listing Service) during February 2021 was $250,645; this is down from the February 2020  average of $254,766. The average days on market in February 2021 was 20 days compared to February 2020 which was 45 days. Sellers in Cass County received 99.2% of their asking price for the home sold.
