There was 238 homes pending in this price range in June 2020 versus 189 homes in June 2019.

The absorption rate or months supply for this price range is 1.8 months as of June 2020 compared to 3.2 in June 2019

In June 2020 there was 30 complete, never occupied new construction homes that hit the market. In June 2019 there was 28.
